The games, meals, party and sleeping accommodation are all under one roof.
You can register your team until December 17th, 2017.
You can register your team in two steps.

Step 1
Fill in the Registration Form. You will receive a confirmation from us via e-mail as soon as we have processed your registration.

Step 2
Your registration is only valid if you transfer the amount of 315 Euros to our bank account within two weeks after your registration form has been sent to us, but at the latest on December 17th, 2017. You can find the bank details on the website and in the confirmation e-mail you receive from us. The amount you transfer equals the team fee (140 Euros) and the players fee of five players (5 x 35 Euros).

In case your team is selected you have to transfer the players fee for the remaining players before January 21th, 2018. We do not accept cash payment of the remaining players fees during the tournament.

In case your team does not get selected, we will, of course, refund your deposit immediately.

We will end the selection on December 22th, 2017. We will let you know as soon as possible if your team is selected. The complete list of teams that will participate and those on the waiting list will also be published on the website.
That is really tough every year, but we try to look at your team's level of play, loyalty to our tournament and the spirit scores of your team. Timely registration will of course increase your chances of a spot in our tournament. We select 20 teams at max.
Included in the players fee is the accommodation from Saturday morning 8:30h till Sunday afternoon in the sports center. Please bring your own mattress and sleeping bag.

If you decide not to stay at the sports center, you will have to make the booking yourselves.
Teams that have to travel long distances have the possibility to stay at one of our players’ homes from Friday to Saturday. These sleeping places are limited. First come, first serve. If your team wants to make use of this sleeping arrangement, please say so in the comment box during the registration or contact us.

Please take into account that extra costs for dinner on Friday/ breakfast on Saturday can apply, depending on the arrangements you made with your host.
If you have been selected to join our tournament, but cannot come, please, let us know asap.
  • If you withdraw your team before the December 17th, 2017, then we will refund the total amount you have transferred to us during your registration.
  • If you withdraw your team after December 17th, 2017, but before the January 21th, 2018, we will charge you with an administration fee of 50 Euros. You will receive the rest of your deposit back from us.
  • If you want to withdraw your team after the date of January 21th, 2018, we cannot give a refund, because we have already spent money for you. If you however you are able to find a replacement team (or a team from the waiting list accepts your spot) we are happy to give you a refund of your deposit minus an administration fee of 50 Euros!
The first matches will start on Saturday morning, March 3rd, 2018 between 8:30h and 9:00h (depending on the final number of teams). Final schedule will be sent out in the weeks before the tournament.
Dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday are included in the players fee. In the sports centre is a cafeteria where you can get (soft) drinks and snacks. Also, some supermarkets are within walking distance (approx. 500m).
We will try our very best to meet everybody’s dietary requirements. Please, contact us before February 16th, 2018 and we'll communicate your requirements with the caterer.
It is not possible to get a refund if you decide to not join the dinner on Saturday and/or breakfast on Sunday.
It is not possible to get a refund of players fees after January 21th, 2018, because we have already spent money for you. Please try to find a replacement and take a look at the pick-up player ads.
Don't worry. You can change the exact number of players until January 21th, 2018. However, we need an estimation, so we can plan the tournament.
Devils' Heaven is an open competition. In recent years we have observed a good mix of male and female players.
