You can register your team until the 20th of December 2024.

You can register your team in two steps.

Step 1
Fill in the Registration Form. You will receive a confirmation from us via e-mail as soon as we have processed your registration.

Step 2
Your registration is only valid if you transfer the amount of 350 Euros to our bank account within two weeks after your registration form has been sent to us, but at the latest on the 21th of December 2024. You can find the bank details on the website and in the confirmation e-mail you receive from us. The amount you transfer equals the team fee (150 Euros) and the players fee of five players (5 x 40 Euros).

In case your team is selected you have to transfer the players fee for the remaining players before the 15th of January 2025. We do not accept cash payment of the remaining players fees during the tournament.

In case your team does not get selected, we will, of course, refund your deposit immediately.

We will select teams after the registrations is closed. We will let you know as soon as possible if your team is selected. The complete list of teams that will participate and those on the waiting list will also be published on the website.

It’s a tough decision every year but firstly we try to look at your team’s level of play. Then loyalty to our tournament and last but not least the spirit scores of your team. Timely registration will of course increase your chances of a spot in our tournament. We select 20 teams at max.

Included in the players fee is the accommodation from Saturday morning 8:30h till Sunday afternoon in the sports center. Please bring your own mattress and sleeping bag.

If you decide not to stay at the sports center, you will have to make your own sleeping arrangements.

Teams that have to travel long distances have the possibility to stay at one of our players’ homes from Friday to Saturday. These sleeping places are limited. First come, first serve. If your team wants to make use of this sleeping arrangement, please say so in the comment box during the registration or contact us.

Please take into account that extra costs for dinner on Friday/ breakfast on Saturday can apply, depending on the arrangements you made with your host.

If you have been selected to join our tournament, but cannot come, please, let us know asap.

• If you withdraw your team before the 21th of December 2024 then we will refund the total amount you have transferred to us during your registration.
• If you withdraw your team after the 21th of December 2024, but before the 15th of January  2025 we will charge you with an administration fee of 50 Euros. You will receive the rest of your deposit back from us.
• If you want to withdraw your team after the 15th of January 2025, we cannot give a refund, because we have already spent money for you. If you are able to find a replacement team (or a team from the waiting list accepts your spot) we are happy to give you a refund of your deposit minus an administration fee of 50 Euros!

The first matches will start on Saturday morning. between 8:30h and 9:00h (depending on the final number of teams). Final schedule will be sent out in the weeks before the tournament.

Dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday is included in the players fee. In the sports centre there is a cafeteria/canteen where you can get (soft) drinks and snacks. Also, there are supermarkets within walking distance (approx. 800m).

It is not possible to get a refund if you decide to not join the dinner on Saturday and/or breakfast on Sunday.

It is not possible to get a refund of (players) fees after the 15th of January 2025, because we have already spent your money. Please try to find a replacement.

Devils’ Heaven is an open tournament. In recent years both male and female players have attended our tournament and there’s always a good mix.

We will try our very best to meet everybody’s dietary requirements. Please, contact us when we say so and we’ll communicate your requirements with the caterer.

The closest ATM that accepts most European bank cards  (both credit and debit) is at Oldenzaalsestraat 1A, which is a 15 minute walk. Parking is difficult here.

Or at Burgemeester van Veenlaan 88a, which is easier by car (5 minutes).
