If you have been selected to join our tournament, but cannot come, please, let us know asap.
- If you withdraw your team before the 21th of December 2024 then we will refund the total amount you have transferred to us during your registration.
- If you withdraw your team after the 21th of December 2024, but before the 15th of January 2025 we will charge you with an administration fee of 50 Euros. You will receive the rest of your deposit back from us.
- If you want to withdraw your team after the 15th of January 2025, we cannot give a refund, because we have already spent money for you. If you are able to find a replacement team (or a team from the waiting list accepts your spot) we are happy to give you a refund of your deposit minus an administration fee of 50 Euros!
